    About me

    Dr. Tanner Eiben is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician based in Quincy, Illinois. A native of rural central Illinois, he developed a strong connection to community-focused care early in life.

    He earned his undergraduate degree from Millikin University and completed medical school at Kansas City University. He returned to Illinois to complete both his family medicine residency and sports medicine fellowship at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Quincy.

    Dr. Eiben provides comprehensive outpatient care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to adults. He specializes in the non-operative treatment of musculoskeletal conditions and sports-related injuries, and he emphasizes preventive care and physical wellness. As a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO), he also incorporates osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT) to address a wide range of medical and musculoskeletal concerns.

    Since 2022, Dr. Eiben has served as faculty in both family medicine and sports medicine at SIU School of Medicine, where he is dedicated to teaching, mentorship, and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

    Outside of medicine, Dr. Eiben enjoys hiking, fishing, gardening, and building LEGO creations.
